Banking law is corporate law in its most interesting form. We consult and represent several regional banks in the Weinviertel. Our competence is more than the simple enforcement of claims in court.

We also consider the question, whether the realization of securities is realistic.

Also, the risk of avoidance has to be considered and possibilities for an out-of-court settlement have to be utilized in order to ameliorate the situation of the banks.

As insolvency administrators we have close contact with all groups and associations involved in an insolvency proceeding. We can therefore represent the interests of banks effectively in insolvency proceedings of their clients.
